I bought this mainly to avoid hand-washing underwear every night, and for that purpose it does help. You definitely have to keep expectations realistic because it’s meant for very small loads, but within that use case it works consistently. I’ve used it mostly for underwear and thin lounge items, and they come out feeling cleaner than sink washing. I do wish the rinse process was more automated, but overall it saves time and effort.
